I'm thinking about fashion today. So you're getting a musing on fashion influences. So there.

Fashion, fashion, and more fashion. It be graphics heavy up in herre )

So, out of curiosity, what influenced YOUR fashion of today? How conscious of your influences are you? Are there influences you wish you could shake off but can't (or, going to opposite direction, would love to put into practice but can't seem to make it work)?

QUESTION

HAHA THIS IS HOW OFTEN I WILL BE ONLINE NOW THAT PRELIMS ARE OVER. YOU WILL BE SWEPT AWAY BY MY MANY, MANY POSTS OF SILLINESS.

But, more to the point, I have a question...actually, first I have a preamble: One of my favorite fics of ALL TIME, Keep Calm and Carry On by [livejournal.com profile] tongueincheeky comes with a commentary version that--why would I ever lie to you? I have no shame on this lj--I have read waaaaay too often. I. Like. Totally care lots about that commentary. I have never done anything sane like leave a comment on the commentary with my love encapsulated in words. But. I love it lots.

Which brings me to my question. Would anyone like/be interested in/curious about a director's commentary for any of my fic? I mean. I'm no [livejournal.com profile] tongueincheeky, right, but some people like my writing or whatever. And I like thinking/talking/cogitating on fic and fandoms and fictional characters. So. Anyone interested?

Mostly this was an excuse to refer to the fic and its commentary. Also because of all my new free time post-prelims. I am just FULL OF THOUGHTS these days.

ALSO. I have recs. Would anyone like recs? HAVE SOME.

5 Social Network recs and 1 Pinto. Be warned: I am not your traditional reccer and my mind works in mysterious ways. )
