A new project!

ifeelbetterMe and Akane are currently working on a new project...a webcomic! Yay! She has stamina and I have quite a bit of derring do and so we might actually make something this time. Also -- it's helpful to work with someone who plans things but not to the anal, backstory-ridden extent *I* do. So....I am in charge of the art ad she's in charge of the writing. It's a good deal. I also want to make a comic book with Maggie, but she is much less likely to follow through. We had a couple of good ideas though.
But anyway! (And this reminds me, Akane, I think we need a title.) I have a couple of very VERY early sketches....I carry a very Victorian little leather notebook with me all the time for doodles and journal-like entries, and these sketches are from there.
Our Heroes. They had no names when I sketched this a couple of days ago, but now, from left to right, they are (at least for now) Dash, Edmund, and .... I forget what we named her. Oh yeah. We left her name Nempathy.
This is our uber-industrial Queen. She is one of the less-than-adequate adult role models which abound in the plot.
There's a possibility that Nempathy has an older sister. This would be her, if we keep the chara.
I think it's safe to say that the message of this webcomic would be that growing up is hard, especially in a world with a clear lack of role models.
